- Paper trimmer or scissors
- White card stock paper
- Binder rings (optional)
- Single Hole puncher (optional)
Instructions:
STEP 1 – download
To start, you will have to download the Mid-Autumn Festival Flashcards printable.
STEP 2 – Store
Once you have downloaded the file, back up the file in a secure location (i.e., External hard drive, cloud storage, etc.)
STEP 3 – OPEN
Open the files with Adobe PDF Reader. You can download it for free.
STEP 4 – Print
After you open the file via Adobe PDF Reader, you can print the file by clicking on the “Printer” icon. Select all pages. Verify that it will print in portrait mode and choose fit from the page sizing & handling session.
If there are printing issues via Adobe PDF Reader, then please do the following:
- Open the document.
- Click on File >> Print.
- Click on Advanced.
- Select Print as Image.
- Press OK and then Print.
For best results, I recommend a heavyweight matte paper or card stock.
STEP 5 – cut
You can use a paper trimmer, an Exacto knife, or scissors for cutting.
Cut along the lines of the cards of the flashcard printable.
STEP 6 – GLUE (optional)
If you want to make the cards double-sided, glue the cards together back to back.
STEP 7 – LAMINATE
For heavier weight and extra durability, I use five mil laminator pouches.
Use a laminator pouch to insert each sheet. Then, laminate them using a laminator.
STEP 8 – CUT again
Cut the printables again using a paper trimmer, an Exacto knife, or scissors.
STEP 9 – Hole Punch (Optional)
This is an optional step but it helps you keep all flashcards together in one place.
Use a single-hole puncher and punch a hole for each card. You can join all of the cards using binder rings.
STEP 10 – PRESENT
Your Mid-Autumn Festival flashcards are ready! It is time to present them to your kids.
